Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Alles Hub platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Alles Hub.

2. Description of Services

Alles Hub provides an integrated business operations platform designed to help companies manage people, clients, products, services, and daily workflows in one place. Features may include CRM, analytics, communications, document management, task and project management, knowledge hub, appointments, and other tools we may add from time to time.

3. Account Registration

To use most parts of the Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation;
  • Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code;
  • Engage in unauthorized scraping, data mining, or other abusive activities;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.

5. Subscription and Payment

Some features of the Services require a paid subscription. Fees are described on our pricing page or in an order form. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew for the same period unless you cancel before the renewal date. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly provided in these Terms.

6. Data Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the data, content, and materials you upload, store, or generate through the Services ("Customer Data"). Alles Hub does not claim ownership of your Customer Data. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your Customer Data solely to operate, improve, and support the Services.

7. Confidentiality and Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect Customer Data. These measures include encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and optional UAE data residency configurations. You are responsible for configuring your account security settings and controlling access within your organization.

8. Intellectual Property

Alles Hub and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all software, designs, trademarks, logos, and other content made available through the platform. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or other intellectual property except as necessary to use the Services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and we may delete or archive your Customer Data in accordance with our data retention policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alles Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the platform before the changes become effective. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
